Custom fursuits with expressive character design.

BreadPuppy builds heads, paws, and details across four style directions — Kig, Kemono, Toony, and Hyper Hybrid — each one built around a faithful interpretation of your character.

Custom-built Character-focused Worldwide commissions

About BreadPuppy

BreadPuppy is an independent fursuit commission practice focused on expressive character faces and a faithful interpretation of whatever reference a client brings in. Every project is planned around color, markings, and construction choices that fit the character, then built with the help of trusted specialists for parts like 3D modeling where it makes sense. The commission queue stays small on purpose, so every project gets real attention — for clients worldwide.

How a commission works
1

Send your idea

Share your character reference, measurements if you have them, and any extra details.

2

Choose your style & get a quote

We'll settle on the style, complexity, and requested pieces before you get a final quote.

3

Secure your slot

A 50% deposit secures your commission slot. Payment plans are available, splitting the balance over up to 3 months.

4

Design & production

We'll confirm fur colors, eyes, markings, ears, and other construction details as the piece comes together, with progress updates along the way.

5

Final payment & shipping

The remaining balance is due before your finished piece ships. Shipping is calculated separately by destination.

Queue & production time

Two different clocks: how long the build takes, and how long until it starts.

Production time
4–8 weeks

Once your commission actually enters production.

Queue time
Varies

Depends on current bookings — ask for today's estimated start date.

Production time and queue time are different — a full queue means a longer wait before your slot begins, not a longer build.

Available now

Completed pre-made pieces, ready to purchase without a queue.

Adoptables
